Happy New Years!!

Welcome to 2020! It is the start of a new year, a new decade, and also the year of my ten year high school reunion. Like many, the start of the new year makes me feel optimistic and energized to make positive changes and grow in my life. While growth and change don’t happen overnight, a good sale can! To start the new year, I am sharing 20 fabulous finds that are all on sale! From shoes to sweaters and everything in between, now is the perfect time to snag that one thing that got left off your Christmas list!

Sweaters and tops

While the holiday season is coming to an end, winter is just beginning. At least here in the Midwest, we have a good two to three (maybe more) months ahead of chilly weather, which means sweaters are a must! There are tons of amazing options from plenty of retailers available today, but the following five are my favorite!

1. Free People Over-sized Turtleneck

This sweater has been everywhere lately and has been on my list for a while! Insanely comfy and comes in multiple colors, this will be a perfect option to stay warm over the rest of the winter months.

2. Loft Sparkle Cami

Just because the holidays are done, doesn’t mean we can still be a little sparkly. This cami from Loft is only $20 today and will be the perfect addition to any closet.

3. Nordstrom Tunic Sweater

This Calson tunic was one of my favorite finds during the NSale. Super soft and easy to dress up for work or keep casual for errands and staying warm and cozy. It comes in several other colors and runs big! A great essential that you will wear for years to come.

4. Free People Long Sleeve TShirt

Another Free People find for you! I for one have never bought anything from Free People full priced. They always do amazing sales throughout the year at the various retailers where their pieces are available. This tshirt is a great basic as well and, as many Free People pieces are, runs big. Great to wear with leggings or jeans!

5. Abercrombie Sweatshirt

Of course there had to be something leopard in this round up! This comfy, cozy hoodie from Abercrombie will be the perfect way to stay warm and help you look cute doing it! On sale for under $30 with code 14990!

Bottoms

From work wear to lounge wear, now is the perfect time to add a few pieces to your closet!

1. Abercrombie Joggers

As I lounge around my apartment today, these joggers definitely seem like the best find to me! A&F lounge is always crazy cozy and with their code 14990, you can get these at an insane deal!

2. Zella Leggings

Perhaps you’ve made a goal to work out more or maybe you are just in need of a good pair of leggings. Either way, these Zella leggings are on sale and worth every penny!

3. Loft Pleated Leather Skirt

While this find may not be for everyone, I am head over heels in love with this skirt! Sassy, sexy, but still a timeless silhouette. If you’re wanting to explore new trends or be a little bit edgier in 2020, this skirt is the first step in that direction!

4. Abercrombie Jeans

If you haven’t tried A&F jeans yet, this is the time to do it! I personally always size up in A&F jeans (curvy girl life) but they fit great once I do and are always on point! Exceptional quality and at this price, you’ll want to stock up!

5. Loft Dress Pants

As part of the curvy girl club, Loft clothing always fits me amazingly! They always keep real women and their bodies in mind which is one of many reasons I love them! These pants are simple, but will be a great basic to keep for years regardless of whether you’re a teacher, student, or still trying to figure it out!

Dresses

Maybe this time of year, snagging a cute dress may not be on your radar as the temps hit closer to freezing. However, it is the best time to grab sweater dresses on sale for next fall, as well as any remaining sundresses for upcoming warm weather vacays!

1. Abercrombie Sweater Dress

I have been seeing this sweater dress everywhere and when I realized it was on sale, I had to include it in the roundup! Perfect to wear for work or brunch with the girls, plus it comes in several other colors! Snag this quick before it sells out.

2. Gibson Sparkle Leopard Dress

Gibson is an amazing brand that offers everything from lounge wear, work wear, and party wear. This stunning dress would have been an amazing NYE option, but will be perfect once warm weather arrives again. It is super lightweight and the leopard print is super subtle.

3. Lou and Gray Cowl Neck Dress

If you haven’t added anything Lou and Gray to your closet yet, you need to ASAP! Absolutely the most cozy brand ever and has pieces that work for all aspects of life. This cowl neck dress could easily be dressed up for work or paired with sneakers for a cute and casual look to run errands in.

4. Express Red Dress

This red dress has been in my closet for a few years and is absolutely one of my favorites! Perfect for so many body types and would be such a sassy number to wear for Valentine’s Day! Snag it quick before it is gone for good!

5. American Eagle Sweater Dress

You can never have enough sweater dresses IMO and this AE one is a classic! Super chic and simple, it would be so cute with OTK boots, booties, sneakers, and more! Comes in a few colors and fits comfortably oversized!

Shoes

I am an absolute sucker for a good shoe sale. If you ask my boyfriend, I should learn how to say no to them every once in a while. Who knows, maybe sometime this decade I will.

1. Hunter Boots

If you could only get one pair of shoes from today’s roundup, I would say to snag the Hunters! Classic, durable, and so fun to style, these will be a closet staple for the whole decade long!

2. Uggs

What else says winter time than a pair of Uggs? I got my first pair after my first year of college and am convinced they are the reason I was able to survive Northwest Ohio winters! These cute ones will get plenty of use as you brave the winter weather this year and for many years to come.

3. Steve Madden Sneakers

Who else was hoping Santa would bring them a pair of Golden Goose sneakers for Christmas? Well if they have been on your wish list, but can’t quite justify the price, check out these Steve Madden sneakers which are a great dupe! I love the glitter and the star detail. Fit TTS and you know the quality is good because it is Steve!

4. Vince Camuto Gigietta Bootie

These booties were so quick to sell out during the NSale and it is easy to see why! They are so darn cute and will definitely be in style for years to come! Vince Camuto is one of my favorite brands of shoes! Snag these booties and see for yourself why!

5. Mix No. 6 Stilettos

Mix No. 6 has become one of my favorite brands of shoes from DSW. They have some killer heels and pumps and these ones are a fabulous statement piece to start the new decade off on a super extra and edgy note!
