Happy Shoesday Tuesday Friends!

You know the saying “I got it from my mama”? Well my love for shoes DEFINITELY came from my mama! I have so many fond memories putting on her heels and walking all around the house in them. The higher the stiletto, the better they were! Now in my late twenties, I have acquired quite the shoe collection and my summer shoes are some of my faves! I’m rounding up my favorite summer styles that will be perfect for date night, brunch, or running to the grocery store!

Espadrilles

One of my favorite shoe trends lately has been espadrilles! The rope style heel, wedge, or base of a sandal is perfect for summer and has so much variety to it! Over the past year, almost all of the sandals I have bought have been an espadrille and I don’t see my love of the trend stopping any time soon! This fun trend is perfect for a casual day out, date night, or a boozy brunch! Whatever your summer plans are (even if it’s just cocktails on your patio) snag yourself a pair of espadrilles ASAP!

Block Heel sandals

I am definitely a heel girl and for the past year or two, block heels have become my obsession! Not only do they give me the illusion of being tall (I’m only 5’4″ so I’m barely average height), but compared to a stiletto, they are so much more comfortable! With so many colors, prints, materials, and heel heights out there, your block heel collection could be endless!

Summer Sneakers

If you had asked me even three years ago how many pairs of sneakers I owned, my answer would be a whopping one and that single pair had been bought years before! Now I have a whole row in my shoe rack dedicated to sneakers and I may need to make room on a second row soon! I have been loving all of the trendy sneakers that are out there now! Not only are they such a fun way to spice up a casual look, but they are INSANELY comfortable! As a teacher, have comfortable footwear is essential and these sneakers not only get me through the day with ease, but I feel cute and on trend at the same time! Whether you’re here for the funky prints or like it keep it classic, I’ve got a little bit of it all rounded up here!

Flat Sandals

Last, but certainly not least, are all the classic, flat sandals! These are an absolute summer essential! Whether you are spending your day by a pool or walking around your local farmer’s market, I’ve got plenty of fun, functional, and on trend sandals for you!
